Structured and proactive Finance Assistant

You are attentive to detail and passionate about the green transition 
As Everfuel’s Finance Assistant, you will be a part of the Finance team of 4 and report directly to the CFO. The position will be perfect for you, if you are service minded and enjoy working in a dynamic and flexible organization.

Your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to: 

• Posting daily transactions in Business Central 
• Accounts Payable and Receivable include issuing invoices 
• Ensuring efficient month-end closing 
• Reporting and reconciling VAT 
• Assisting in the audit process 
• Payroll 
• Miscellaneous admin tasks

We are a growing company, and therefore various administrative tasks will also be part of the job. Furthermore, you'll assist in the auditing and preparation of our financial statements. 

Who are you? 
We imagine you to be detail-oriented, punctual and accurate, and that you enjoy working in a structured way. You are proactive and don't mind taking the initiative to help develop the way we work. Even though you enjoy structured approaches, you're ready to take on new challenges and have a positive mindset.

We expect you to have a relevant education and experience with accounting. Furthermore, you need to have extensive experience with IT, including MS Office, Business Central, Continia and Payroll, preferably Danløn.

About Everfuel 
Everfuel supplies green hydrogen to larger car fleets such as buses, trucks and as a green solution for the industry. Green hydrogen is a 100% clean fuel produced from renewable energy sources and will play a key role in overcoming Europe's climate challenges. We are based at the Everfuel Farm in Høgild near Herning and in Fredericia, where we have build one of Europe's largest electrolysis plants to date and new attractive offices.
