QHSE Specialist

Contribute to ensuring quality and safety in a rapidly evolving industry
As a QHSE Specialist at Everfuel, you’ll join a small, dedicated team consisting of you and our QHSE Manager. Together, you’ll work with quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance in a highly regulated and innovative sector. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with the EU Emissions Trading System, RFNBO certification, ISO 9001:2015, and other external requirements — all in close collaboration with the QHSE Manager.

Your role is broad — from documentation and audits to training and process optimization. You’ll act as a contact point for authorities, participate in both external and internal audits, and ensure that our procedures and instructions are up-to-date and effective. You’ll verify compliance by checking measurements and certificates, optimizing and approving local instructions, and train relevant employees in relevant processes.

Main job tasks will be to ensure compliance to relevant certifications and external requirements including: 

• Compliance with RFNBO certification by performing verification of measurements, calculations and POS generation according to the certified system.
• Ensuring compliance with the internal audit plan to relevant certifications such as RFNBO, EU-ETS, ISO 9001:2015 and external requirements, by performing internal audits either as lead auditor or as co-auditor
• Update and optimize the QMS (Quality management system) by ensuring procedures, instructions and templates are up to date
• Ensure compliance to EU-ETS (free quota system) by performing mass balance, calculation and be the primary contact at Everfuel

The place of work will be in Fredericia.

Who are you?
We imagine you hold a scientific education — either short or long — and have 3–5 years of experience working with quality in an ISO certified company. You communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization and have strong competencies in training and teaching quality and safety management. You thrive with both hands-on tasks and analytical work, and you are fluent in Danish and English — both written and spoken.
