HR Business Partner

You thrive in a broad role, where you work both strategically and with ad hoc tasks
As HR Business Partner you will work closely with our other HR Business Partner. Together you will support the organization in HR-related matters and execute the HR yearly cycle. Furthermore, you will develop and implement current or new HR processes, and make sure that we as a company are compliant with the applicable personnel legislation. Our current HR Business Partner is going on maternity leave in the fall, so there will be a period where you will handle the HR function. 

Place of work will be Høgild near Herning, Denmark. You will be part of an ever growing team of motivated people who are dedicated to make green hydrogen for transportation a competitive alternative to fossil fuels – do you want to make an impact on the future? – Then join us!

Your tasks will include:

• Recruiting and onboarding
• Organizational and cultural development, implement new values
• Leadership development
• HR yearly cycle, including creating new processes
• HR legal matters
• Be superuser in our HR system 

Who are you?
You have a relevant educational background most likely on bachelor or master level in HRM or equivalent. We imagine that you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, where you have worked extensively with HR both on a strategic- and a practical level. 

As a person you are outgoing and thrive in an environment where you have the opportunity to set your own mark. We expect that you have a structed working approach and that you like working on bigger projects combined with ad-hoc tasks. Furthermore, you are proficient in both written and spoken English. Moreover, we imagine that you:

• That you possess personal qualities such as empathy and are trustworthy

About Everfuel
Everfuel supplies green hydrogen to larger car fleets such as buses, trucks, and taxis and as a green solution for industry. Green hydrogen is a 100% clean fuel produced from renewable energy sources and will play a key role in overcoming Europe's climate challenges. We are based at the Everfuel Farm in Høgild near Herning and in Fredericia, where we are building Europe's largest electrolysis plant to date and new attractive offices.
