Helpful Finance Assistant with flair for details and operations

As Everfuel’s new Finance Assistant, you will be a part of the Finance team of 5, and report directly to the CFO. We are transforming the team, and your contributions to this process will be valued. Together we will ensure that every day at work will be filled with energy and good laughs.

Your tasks will include:  

Maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable, you will be engaged in the end to end “Procure-2-Pay” and “Order-2-Cash” workflows across our legal entities. 

Payroll 

Documenting and improving financial workflows and processes together with your colleagues 

Miscellaneous administrative tasks

You must enjoy the daily routines, be willing and able to take responsibility and you are able to continuously optimize and digitalise your tasks and our processes in Finance” says CFO Jesper Ejlersen. 

Who are you?  
We imagine you to be detail-oriented and accurate. You are proactive and take pride in contributing to a good working environment. Even though you enjoy structured approaches, you are flexible and open to new challenges.   

We expect you to have a relevant education. You must have experience with accounting, but if you are newly graduated, we can teach you! You are fluent in English, written and verbal. Furthermore, experience with IT, including MS Office, Navision/Business Central and Danløn is a plus.   

About Everfuel  
Everfuel supplies green hydrogen to larger car fleets such as buses, trucks and as a green solution for the industry. Green hydrogen is a 100% clean fuel produced from renewable energy sources and will play a key role in overcoming Europe's climate challenges. We are based at the Everfuel Farm in Høgild near Herning and in Fredericia, where we have build one of Europe's largest electrolysis plants to date.
